Payments

The Seller may charge the Purchaser for the good from the time it is sent from the Seller to the Purchaser.

If the Purchaser uses a credit or debit card to make the payment, the Seller may hold the funds on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the good is sent.

The seller offers payment via Vipps.

The seller does not offer post-delivery invoicing.

Delivery

​

Delivery has occurred once the Purchaser or his/ her representative has taken possession of the item.

​

​Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, though delays may occur

​

We are using Posten.no when we send our products

​

Delivery time Norway: 3-8 days.

Europe and rest of the world: 1-3 weeks.

Defective or Incorrect Items

​

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within two months after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Notice may be given no later than two years after the Purchaser took possession of the good. If the good or parts of it are meant to last considerably longer than two years, this deadline is extended to five years.

Conflict Resolution

Complaints are addressed to bootschamp1@gmail.com within a reasonable time. All complaints will be handled. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, the Purchaser may contact the Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority can be reached on (+47) 23 400 600 or at www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
